Package Expiration Policy

Introductory packages have a 30 day expiration. NO EXCEPTIONS. All 5 session packages are valid for 3 months and 10 session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of the original purchase. is very strict about enforcing expiration dates. We will try our best to let you know when your package is about to expire but please keep track of this yourself as well. All packages are non refundable, however you may transfer your remaining sessions or classes to another student.

Package Freeze

If you have purchased a package and will be unable to attend your sessions, you will be able to freeze a package for up to 6 months from the date you ask for the freeze. A freeze will be granted to those who will not be able to attend Pilates due to an illness, injury, major life change etc. They must be requested in writing (an email is acceptable).
 

Studio Policies

• The session is 60 minutes. If you arrive late your session will still end on time.
• Bring your mask, grippy socks and a towel! Masks and socks are mandatory at Moveart Studio. Grippy socks are preferred as regular socks are slippery.
• Please arrive 5- 10 mn early prior to your session to fill out your waiver if you haven’t already and meet your instructor!
• All our sessions are through our online portal. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us.
   

Cancelation

• If you know you are not able to attend your session please cancel!
• Private sessions require a 24-Hours cancellation notice. We offer one graced session after that you will be charged a full session on your account for any cancellation past 24 hours.
• Please contact the studio if you have any concerns or questions regarding our policies.
